Designed an intuitive interface for an AI-driven palletization robot, enabling seamless interaction, monitoring, and business rule management.

Result

The high-fidelity prototypes are ready for development, validated through user testing, and optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop.

Secured high-profile client meetings and a pilot project contract, significantly enhancing warehouse efficiency and operational margins.

The Problem Statement

Viva Co-Living’s current website lacks the ability to effectively communicate the unique blend of productivity, community, and relaxation it offers. This results in low engagement and missed opportunities to convert interested visitors into bookings. The business needs a responsive, visually engaging, and user-centered website that highlights its amenities, fosters community connections, and provides a seamless booking experience.

EMPATHIZING AND GATHERING UX Research

In the research phase, we conducted surveys and interviews with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.

We also benchmarked several competitive co-working and co-living spaces to analyze best practices, identify gaps, and gather inspiration for creating a unique and compelling experience for Viva Co-Living.

Pain Points Identified

Cumbersome Booking Process

Users find it difficult to navigate complex booking systems, which discourages them from completing their reservations.

Create a first release of the interface (MVP) that allows users to interact with the AI-driven palletization robot in a safe and intuitive way.

Social Isolation

Pain Points Identified

Users feel disconnected when working remotely, craving meaningful, in-person interactions and a sense of community which they don't have at home.

DEFINING THE USER AND THE PROBLEM

In this phase, we prioritized and decided on the key issues to focus on based on our research findings and analysis.

What problem are we trying to solve? We want to design a website that clearly communicates the value of Viva Co-Living, provides an intuitive and seamless user experience across devices, and effectively converts visitors into bookings

WHO IS THE TARGET?

Busy professionals, freelancers and digital nomads seeking a change of environment to boost productivity while integrating work-life balance. These users value social connections, personal well-being, and flexible, high-end accommodations. They are looking for a seamless experience that allows them to explore and book co-living and co-working spaces tailored to their needs.

IDEATION

We used creative techniques like Crazy 8s, mind mapping, and user journey mapping to generate diverse solutions for enhancing the user experience. We developed multiple concepts, focusing on seamless navigation, community engagement, and an intuitive booking flow.

A key outcome was the creation of a site map that structured the content and ensured a logical user journey. Collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams helped refine these ideas, aligning them with both user needs and business objectives

proto-typing

In the prototyping phase, we developed high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that were fully responsive and compliant with the Bootstrap 5 grid system.

These prototypes were designed for mobile, desktop, and tablet, ensuring a consistent and optimized user experience across all devices.

By incorporating interactive elements, we allowed users to engage with key features, such as the booking process, service tiers, and community activities.

This helped us test and validate usability while also ensuring the prototypes were scalable and adaptable to various screen sizes, aligning perfectly with our goal of creating a seamless, multi-device experience.

TEST AND ITERATION

We conducted several rounds of usability testing with real users who fit our target personas, including both first-time visitors and repeat guests. We observed their interactions with the interactive prototypes on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Feedback from these sessions was used to refine the user flow, enhance visual hierarchy, and optimize the booking process.

We also ran A/B tests to evaluate different design elements, such as CTA placements and membership tier displays, ensuring the final version resonated with users and improved conversion rates. This iterative process allowed us to fine-tune the website based on real user insights, ensuring that the final product was both intuitive and engaging.
